3. Freight Brokerage Services

When you request freight services through All Coast Express Inc:

• You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the nature, weight, dimensions, and special handling requirements of your freight
• You confirm that the cargo is properly packaged and labeled in accordance with applicable regulations
• You acknowledge that All Coast Express Inc acts as a broker and the carrier assumes liability for the freight during transit
• Temperature-sensitive cargo requirements must be clearly specified at the time of booking
• All Coast Express Inc will use commercially reasonable efforts to arrange transportation that meets your specified requirements

4. Quotes and Payment Terms

All freight quotes provided by All Coast Express Inc are estimates based on the information provided at the time of the request. Final charges may vary based on actual weight, dimensions, or accessorial services required. Payment terms are established at the time of booking and are subject to our standard credit policies. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cargo Liability

All Coast Express Inc arranges transportation services through licensed carriers who maintain their own cargo insurance. Carrier liability for cargo loss or damage is governed by applicable federal regulations and the terms of the bill of lading. All Coast Express Inc is not liable for cargo loss, damage, or delay caused by the carrier. We strongly recommend that shippers obtain appropriate cargo insurance for their shipments.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, All Coast Express Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or related to our services or these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to All Coast Express Inc for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification
